SOSTEC staff receives a capacity building training organized by the World Bank funded SMEF

A group of SOSTEC staff received the first phase of capacity building training on Marketing Management & Planing organized by the World Bank funded Somali Small & Medium Enterprise Facility (SMEF).

The training is intended to build the capacity of the staff in the areas of marketing and brand management of the company.

SMEF is mandated to provide demand-driven, subsidized non-financial support to small and medium businesses, ultimately seeking to help business owners grow their businesses and create jobs.

The second phase of the training which is more interesting and more practical will start very soon.

We are very much pleased to be among the few companies who have been selected to receive this valuable training. Building the capacity of our employees has always been a priority and we are looking forward to improved performance and increased customer satisfaction.
